Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

Servings: 1 Pan of Brownies
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 20-30 Minutes

Ingredients for Brownies:
2 Cups Crumbs*
3/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
8 Oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
1/4 Cup Honey*
2 Tsp Vanilla
1 Egg


    1. Combine all ingredients except jam in a large bowl and mix well.
    2. Pour into a large baking dish evenly then, using a spoon, create deep curvy lines across the dough.
    3. Using the spoon,spread Mulberry Jam into the lines.
    4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, checking every five minutes after 20. Metal pans will require more time than glass. Outside edges should be slightly browned and fully cooked and center slightly soft. Check with fork at center, should be cooked but not solid.

      Crumbs* – I used Triple Chocolate Chip Biscotti made by Northwest Biscotti of Mukilteo. Brownie Brittle from your local grocer can be used as an alternative.

      Honey* – I used Blackberry Honey from Sunshine Honey Co of Snohomish.

      Marionberry Jam* – I used a Marionberry Vanilla Jam from Angry Fish of Edmonds. Other flavor options from them for this recipe include Raspberry Vanilla, Boysenberry, and Blackberry
